added new script sp_fix_video: replaces url tags with video tags in the first post of any topic in the my video section of the softpedia forum

fixed sp_fix_video support for firefox

major rewrite of all scripts (except EE, which I will retire soon).
see the page for installation and upgrade instructions, as they changed as well.

- fixed banuser function in aa_mod_common
- updated ban_carman and ban_cimpoaca SP scripts to reflect above change
