Some modifications/additions to site (my phpld mods)

I made some modifications and added some features to the phpld script.
most important one is the possibility to submit a category or a symbolic category (with code validation )

Let me know if something is not working as expected and I'll try to fix it.

forgot to update:
- added "new category" notification
- added link rejection/removal reason (which will be sent with the email)
- added directory statistics: Total: Categories, Approved Links, Pending Links and Rejected Links
- added category checking: if category is not found, error is being raised

- added owner email banning (a validator actually)
